Method feeders for accurate and efficient feeder fishing

Method feeders combine compact feeding with a self-hooking effect. They are popular for bream, tench, carp and commercial fisheries where accurate bait presentation matters.

How method feeders work

A method feeder is filled with groundbait or pellets, often using a mould for a compact shape. Hook bait such as a pellet, mini boilie or wafter is presented close to the feed so fish find it quickly.

Flatbed and pellet feeders

Flatbed feeders suit sticky groundbait and pellets, while pellet feeders hold bait well on the cast and release it near the bottom. Inline models give direct contact, while elasticated systems add cushioning during the fight.
