The St Croix Rayfin Spinning 228MLXF2 is the ultimate all-round finesse rod for Dutch predator fishing. This high-quality rod was specially developed for the European market in collaboration with St Croix, the finesse specialists at VisTD and predator fishing expert Mark Kuiper. The result is an extremely sensitive rod with perfect casting characteristics and maximum control over finesse presentations.

With its sensitive tip and extra-fast action, this Rayfin excels at almost every modern finesse technique. Whether you fish a light Ned rig, Carolina rig, dropshot, small softbaits or twitchbaits up to 13cm, this rod always provides optimal control and sensitivity.

The 2.28m length makes this rod particularly versatile. Perfect from a float tube or boat, but also ideal for bank fishing or wading along rivers and canals. Its relatively soft tip provides a natural presentation and excellent control during the retrieve, while the powerful blank offers ample reserves during the fight.

The optimal casting weight is between 4g and 11g, but lures up to 20g can also be fished without difficulty.
