The medium flex of the blade ensures optimal control and precision when filleting fish.

The ergonomic, high-traction handle provides a firm grip, features a lanyard hole, and makes extended use comfortable. Thanks to the vacuum heat and sub-zero treatments, the knife has improved hardness, material strength, and wear resistance. The knife is full-tang for maximum strength.
