The Rapala Shadow Rap Deep is a deep-diving jerkbait that realistically mimics the movements of a dying baitfish. The original Rapala Shadow Rap Deep is designed for fishing at greater depths and combines a nervous side-to-side action with a slowly sinking, twitching motion during the pause. This makes the lure irresistible to predatory fish such as pike, zander, and large perch.

Thanks to the internal tungsten and steel weights, the plug is perfectly balanced and casts far and accurately. With short, sharp jerks, the Shadow Rap Deep rotates almost 180 degrees on its axis before slowly sinking with a realistic 'fade-away' action.
