The wax moth (Achroia grisella) is the larva of a moth and is often used as bait for fishing or as feed for reptiles and amphibians. This product contains only large waxworms of about 1,5 to 2 cm, specially selected from a normal batch in which various sizes occur.

waxworms develop faster at higher temperatures and can pupate if they are not stored refrigerated. Therefore, store them at a cool place to slow down this process. This product is delivered without food, since supplementary feeding is not necessary.
