Arca hookbaits include different bait forms, such as Eurofish Mini Boilies, imitation maggots and paste. The key differences are how you attach them and how they behave beside the hook.
Pre-drilled bait or directly on the hook?
Eurofish Pre-Drilled Mini Boilies are 10 mm in diameter and already have a hole. That makes them practical for a suitable hair rig. B1 Mystic Rood is a paste applied directly to the hook, alone or with natural bait.
Floating artificial bait needs a rig test
Magic Maggot are reusable floating imitation maggots that separate individually. Floating bait does not automatically make the complete hook arrangement suspend: hook weight and bait quantity matter too. Test the presentation in water. Seducto Spaghetti has an elongated shape and is known from trout fishing, but is also used for coarse fish. Choose shape, attachment and buoyancy together.
