Basix Wide Gape Barbless Hooks

The BASIX Wide Gape hook is designed as a perfect all-round model that can be used straight from the pack without adding all kinds of components, whether you are fishing bottom baits, pop-ups or wafters. The aggressive in-turned eye helps the hook turn quickly and take hold in the mouth without using extra Kickers or shrink tube.

By using the X wire gauge, the hook is suitable for fishing on a wide variety of waters. The BASIX Wide Gape also has a discreet nickel finish and a hook point designed to last. This makes it possible to catch more fish with the same hook before it needs replacing. However, it is still recommended to check before casting whether the hook is still sharp and may need replacing.
