Rapid Fito Bighead Carp Float Rig

Bighead carp fishing is becoming increasingly popular, and it is no surprise that more bighead-specific tackle and attractants are appearing in the Benzár range. These plankton feeders can be caught successfully with both bottom and float techniques. Bottom fishing may be simpler, but the Rapid Fito Float Rig offers a fantastic solution for float fishing.

The Rapid Fito Float Rig is a complete float rig designed specifically for bighead carp. Its centrepiece is a self-weighted float with a light-stick holder, balanced to work perfectly with technoplankton tablets. Unscrew the holder, slide the technoplankton onto the stem and secure it by screwing the holder back into place. As the technoplankton dissolves, the float remains upright with only the yellow stripe above the water. Unlike some other rigs, it never tips over when bait or attractant dissolves completely. If the float does tip over, that is a clear bite indication.

The fishing depth is adjustable, allowing the tablet and strong, reliable hooks, which are ideal for threading technopuffs, to be lowered to 2 metres. Very few bighead-carp float rigs offer this capability. The rig can also be used with groundbait and spiral feeders, making it exceptionally versatile.
