Minimum order value for UK delivery

Orders for delivery to the United Kingdom require a minimum goods value of £135.01 after discounts, excluding separately stated shipping charges and taxes. UK delivery is unavailable below this amount. Products fulfilled through CJdropshipping are not available for delivery to the United Kingdom.

UK deliveries: import charges payable by the customer

For deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales, any customs duties, import VAT and carrier customs clearance fees are payable by the customer, unless expressly collected at checkout. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and, where applicable, are collected from the recipient by the carrier or customs authorities. Any taxes collected at checkout are shown in your order summary. Different VAT and customs rules apply to Northern Ireland.

Shipping Policy

At Hengelsport De Goeie Vangst, we aim to process every order as quickly and carefully as possible. The information below explains how shipping works.

Order processing

Orders placed before 4:00 pm on working days, where all products are in stock, are usually processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next working day. Processing can take longer during busy periods, promotions or public holidays.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is shown on the relevant product page and may depend on stock status and destination.

For products in stock, typical delivery times are:

• Belgium: 1 to 2 working days;
• Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days;
• Germany: approximately 3 working days;
• France and other European countries: depending on the destination, generally 2 to 7 working days.

Orders containing several products are normally dispatched once all items are available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and the applicable free-shipping threshold are calculated automatically at checkout for the delivery address.

• Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: free shipping from €95; below €95, the shipping charge is €8.
• France and Germany: free shipping from €175; below €175, the current shipping charge is shown at checkout.
• Other European countries: shipping costs are calculated automatically for the delivery address.

Store collection

You may choose to collect your order from our store free of charge. Wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready, then collect it during opening hours.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delays

Although we do our best to meet the stated delivery times, delays can occur because of carriers, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are therefore estimates and do not create a right to compensation.

Damaged or incomplete deliveries

Inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If the order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, at info@degoeievangst.be. Include clear photographs where possible so that we can help quickly.
