Trout Ultra Light Rod and Reel Combo 2.00m 1-5g + 1000FD

The Zebco Trout Ultra Light Combo 2.00m - 1-5g - 1000FD Reel - Mono 0.20mm is a complete, ready-to-use rod and reel set for light trout fishing. The combination of a sensitive 2.00m rod, a compact 1000FD reel and pre-spooled 0.20mm nylon makes this set ideal for anyone wanting to get started straight away at a trout fishery.

The rod has a light casting weight of 1-5g and a pleasing parabolic action. This allows light rigs to perform well, while the blank provides enough cushioning during the fight to help prevent fish coming off. The slim blank design and split-cork handle provide a comfortable, modern finish.

The included Target Fish 1000FD reel features 3+1 ball bearings, an aluminium spool and an aluminium handle. With a gear ratio of 5.2:1, the reel retrieves approximately 68cm of line per handle turn. Its maximum drag of 3,5kg also provides ample reserve for trout fishing.

The spool is already filled with 0.20mm Target Fish nylon, making this combo almost immediately ready to use. An appealing complete set for beginning trout anglers, but also a practical spare rod for experienced anglers.
