Zyros Spinning Reel

The Okuma Zyros spinning reel is a modern, lightweight reel designed for anglers who want to combine power, durability and smoothness. The original Okuma Zyros is known for its excellent value for money and features the latest Okuma technologies.

The reel is built around a light but very rigid C-40X carbon body and rotor, keeping weight down without sacrificing strength. The Flite Gear and Flite Drive systems provide exceptionally smooth, stable operation, while the GSS (Gearing Stabilization System) gives the pinion gear extra support for even better power transmission.

The multi-disc Carbonite drag provides powerful, precise fish-playing performance, while the Hydro Block II system prevents water and dirt from entering. The Cyclonic Flow Rotor (CFR) reduces moisture build-up, extending the reel’s lifespan. Finished with a lightweight aluminium spool, a screw-in aluminium handle and a strong aluminium bail, the Zyros is ready for both freshwater and saltwater fishing.

This reel is one of the lightest in its price class and is suitable for a wide range of fishing techniques.
