V-Front Rest Front Rod Rest

The Skeater V-Front Rest is a practical V-shaped front rod rest for static predator fishing. Its wide V shape supports the rod stably, while the soft black contact surfaces help cushion it properly.

The central notch allows the fishing line to pass freely through the rest. This lets line come off the spool easily during fishing without becoming trapped in the rest. It is particularly useful for static predator rigs where the fish should feel as little resistance as possible.

The Skeater V-Front Rest has a threaded fitting underneath, making it easy to mount on a suitable bankstick or other rod support.
