The rig is tied with a super stiff 15lb Trip Wire hook section, which is set in an optimal curve for maximum hooking. This is combined with a skinned boom section, which is stiff enough to push the bait away from the lead, but flexible enough to nicely fall over obstacles like twigs or stones.

The result is a rig that repositions itself each time, even after a carp has picked it up and spat it out again. Thanks to the ‘D’-loop with rig ring, the bait has complete freedom of movement, allowing the hook to always turn into the correct position and making it difficult to be spat out.
