The original Sonik MAGLEV combines an ultralight magnesium body with an advanced forged carbon rotor for a perfect balance of power, stability and low weight. The extra-long 45mm longcast spool and Slow O.S.C. system provide perfect line lay for extreme casting distances and optimal precision.

Internally, CNC-machined brass and aluminium gears work with a wormshaft system to deliver exceptionally smooth, powerful operation. The powerful Quick-Torque drag provides no less than 30kg of drag power, allowing this reel to control large carp at distance effortlessly.

The MAGLEV also features innovative details such as the IntraSpool™ floating rotor line guard system, twin line clips, an oversized ceramic line roller and an integrated lubrication port for easy maintenance.
