The Daiwa Prorex X Baitcasting rod with a length of 2,35 m and a casting weight of up to 84 g makes it possible to use different types of bait for fishing pike and perch. The blank of this well-balanced rod loads excellently during casting and allows for tremendous casting distances. Baits such as deep-diving crankbaits, large wobblers, and medium to heavy soft plastic shads can be retrieved evenly, but can also be jigged and twitched aggressively, without overloading the rod or losing control over the bait.

The high-quality HMC+ carbon fiber blank provides a lightweight rod, fast actions, and enormous power reserves. The high-quality spigot connection allows the blank to be constructed very slim, significantly improving the balance. Carbon fiber X-windings on the surface of the blank provide extra stability and a striking appearance. Very light Seaguide rings with ceramic inserts and special frame design prevent tangling during casting and contribute significantly to the fast action and good balance of the rods.
