Safety Snap Swivel

They are ideal for boat fishing, where they can be used for quickly and easily attaching rigs and weights. When fishing with lures, they make attaching and replacing bait and lures simple and quick. However, the American snap is not as strong as its Coastlock and Interlocking cousins and is not recommended for use in heavy casting.
