The Shimano Vanquish FC C3000 XG is a true representation of Shimano's Magnumlite philosophy. The Vanquish sets new quality standards in UL fishing. Shimano went beyond lightness to create an ultimate light winding mechanism with unrivalled features. The Reel is packed with Shimano technologies, mainly derived from STELLA.
The Vanquish's lightness comes from extensive use of Shimano's exclusive Ci4+ composite material, enhanced by the addition of the Magnumlite Rotor. This significantly reduces rewind start-up slowness, which is especially important when fishing finesse and UL techniques.
In addition, the addition of InfinityDrive offers powerful but light rotation, especially under heavy loads. InfinityLoop significantly improves casting distance, which helps in reaching that interesting spot far away, even with a super light set-up. Other advanced technologies, such as InfinityXross, X-Protect and the Anti-Twist Fin, further contribute to the outstanding technical performance of this reel.
