The Mitchell Riptide R boat rods are known as very strong, robust and reliable. There is a Riptide rod for every fishery and technique! The different rods have all been extensively tested by the Mitchell saltwater team.

This rod is made from a composite blank that consists of 38% carbon fibres. This makes the rod lighter than other rods in this price range that often contain more glass. This makes the rod lighter and tighter while the glass content still provides a very powerful and flexible blank.
