A very sharp hook that has been specially designed to be used for the very popular chod-rigs. The Choddy B is a barbless hook that can be used for many different pop-up presentations. With its slightly inward hook point and outward pointing eye this hook has a great hold during the drill. For the Hinged Stiff rig used by top anglers such as Adam Penning, Terry Hearn and Nigel Sharp the choddy is the perfect hook. However, the choddy hook can also be used perfectly with normal stiff rigs, knotted with Mouthtrap or IQ fluorocarbon hooklink material. If you can find the right length of leader for the conditions then stiff rigs can be deadly effective.
