The discount is applied to purchases of 50 euros or more.
Please note that you will not receive any customer discount on products already sold at a discount, e.g. during the sales season.

Did you order the wrong article or is the article not quite your thing? Then send back (part of) your order and your customer discount will be adjusted automatically. In any case, you will only be refunded the amount you paid yourself. The used customer discount will be added back to your account.
